 | Mike Jones - Head Coach Coach Jones enters his tenth year at Howard. He took over as Head Coach for the first time in 2008 after serving as offensive coordinator in his 1st year and defensive coordinator through the 2007 season. Coach Jones started his coaching career at Liberty High School in 1990, before becoming the Head Coach at Wilde Lake High School in 1997. Coach Jones' playing career includes Towson State University and for post-collegiate clubs such as MD Lacrosse Club, Catonsville LC, and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes National Team. Coach Jones earned a B.S. from the University of Maryland and is employed as a special education teacher with the Howard County Public School System. He lives in Columbia, MD with his wife Beth and their son Nate.

 | Mike Morgan - Defensive Coordinator Mike was a starting walk-on defenseman at Michigan State University and played two seasons before a knee injury ended his career. He went on to become the President of Michigan State's Varsity "S" Club which is a philanthropic organization, composed of letter winning athletes from all sports, dedicated to serving the needs of the community. He has been coaching youth sports for the past decade with an emphasis on lacrosse for the past six seasons in Bowie, Maryland. During that time his teams posted a combined record of 54-19 and won Divisional and League honors. He is an architect and Vice president of Waldon Studio Architects in Columbia, MD. He lives in Bowie, MD with his wife of 21 years and three children. |

 | Chase Caruso - Asst. Coach Coach Caruso joins the staff after a stellar career at Salisbury University. As a long-stick Midfielder, Chase won a National Championship with the Seagulls in 2007. He was named to the 2006 and 2007 All-American First Team and garnered 2007 Division III Player of the Year Honors. Coach Caruso is originally from Long Island, but will be making his home in the Baltimore area. |
